- Du verantwortest die Planung, Durchführung und erfolgreiche Abwicklung von komplexen Softwareentwicklungs-Projekten
- Du erarbeitest Anforderungen und Lösungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und vertrittst das Projekt umfassend in technischer Hinsicht gegenüber dem Auftraggeber.
- Du leitest und koordinierst die interdisziplinären Projektteams vor allem aus den Bereichen IT-Entwicklung, QA und IT-Operation.
- Du erstellst die Projektplanung mit Meilensteinen hinsichtlich Zeit, Kosten und Qualität und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Planung.
- Du managest den inhaltlichen Projektfortschritt inkl. der Chancen/Risiken und kommunizierst mittels geeigneter Reports.
- Du wendest geeignete Projektmanagement-Prozesse und Methoden an und optimierst die Abläufe regelmäßig.

Deine Mission
Als (Senior) IT-Projektleiter leitest Du bei uns umfassende IT-Projekte, die wir im Kundenauftrag erbringen. Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für den Auftraggeber in technischen Fragen. Du berichtest direkt an den Head of Partner Management und übernimmst im Wesentlichen folgenden Aufgaben:
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten, im Bereich Software-Entwicklung
- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu erfassen und zu vermitteln
- Hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Risikomanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
